Wow.... it's been a really long time
    since the day my dad brought home
    that first guitar. I wish I still had it. Hell
    I just wish I could remember what kind it was. I know it wasn’t a brand name, but that didn’t matter to me at the time. Times were tough and my dad worked extra jobs so he could get things for us, like my guitar. He couldn’t afford the amplifier so he got a curly phone cord from a friend that worked for Bell telephone Co.. He then installed a jack in the back of his prized Magnavox console stereo for me to play through.
